Our site suffered a cut in power to the site which resulted in our site servers shutting down, when we powered them back up the system was extremely sluggish and became quickly inoperable. We called Opensoft Systems who remotley, quickly diagnosed the fault and mobilised their engineer to visit site. When on site they discovered that a number of services required re-configuring and SQL tables needed repair work carrying out. Once complete, to ensure the hardware was operating at its optimal level, additional memory was added to both servers.

I would just like to thank all those involved who got the site back up and running in what was a critical situation for us. Great service.
