Opensoft Systems is focused on creating & delivering highly effective automation control systems and solutions that continually satisfy the needs and expectations of all our customers.

Our objective is to be recognised as a business that provides services of high quality, on time and within budget, to provide clear tangible benefits to our clients.

The Directors, Management and Staff are responsible for Quality Control through the Quality Management System seeking improvement by constant review, with suppliers and sub-contractors being encouraged to co-operate.

The company is committed to achieving customer satisfaction by the use of quality procedures which will be operated to meet or exceed the requirements of ISO 9001. The framework for setting quality objectives is defined in the Quality Manual.

Quality Policy

How will we achieve this?

  • Establishing, applying, maintaining and continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System – ISO 9001:2015
  • Train and support our staff and provide them with an understanding of how their jobs fit into the overall flow of work at Opensoft Systems
  • Encouraging a continuous improvement ethic as a part of every day and every job
  • A commitment to increase the quality of our service to exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensuring that our Policy and Procedure Manuals reflect what we actually do
  • Tracking and applying new technologies and educating employees accordingly
  • Careful selection of suppliers
  • Continuously upgrading the Quality Management System in all stages ranging from customer enquiry, order receipt, engineering production, implementation and follow up activities.
  • Satisfying customer and any applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Management of organization, along with employee-established quality objectives and defined responsibilities for their fulfillment

The Quality Policy will be communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of the organization and will be made available to the public via our website. It will be reviewed annually by senior management.

Overall responsibility of the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and the Quality Management System is held by the Managing Director.
