Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, Opensoft Systems is a Data Controller. We process and retain your data in line with our Data Protection Policy and Data Retention Policy. A copy of these policies is available on request.

Opensoft Systems Ltd sources data direct from publicly available online mediums including your company website, LinkedIn and other online databases. Your data will have been obtained from one of these sources.

We process and retain your data on the basis of Legitimate Interest [Article 6(1)(f)]. The Legitimate Interest being that Opensoft Systems is a systems integrator and you were identified to us as a person who would be involved in Automation, Control or IT systems for your business.

If you object in any way to Opensoft Systems processing and or retaining your data, just exercise your ‘Right to Erasure’ at any time in writing by post or email and we will act accordingly.

If any personal data we hold is incorrect and needs rectifying, please advise in writing by post or email.

If you wish to obtain a copy of any personal data we hold for you; please send a request in writing by post or email.

You have a right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for Data Protection in the United Kingdom which is the Information Commissioners Office (www.ico.org.uk) if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you by Opensoft Systems infringes the General Data Protection Regulations.
