“We recently called on Opensoft following a failure of a critical PLC operating our UF Filtration Plant resulting in in-operability of our plant.Despite not having a support contract in place with Opensoft, they responded promptly out of hours, to our call, diagnosed the fault and had an engineer to site who promptly fixed the fault.
