During the course, your engineers will learn using examples provided from your site’s applications, backed up by hands-on sessions.
The main objective of our training is for your engineers to come away with the necessary skill sets to:
- Confidently assess a fail situation
- Change and modify software components and modules
- Take backups safely
- Troubleshoot common plant issues

'A new facility was due to be constructed so our team needed to be sufficiently skilled with Siemens S7 PLC maintenance, ready to hit the ground running. Opensoft has a proven track record with other power stations so we were confident in their abilities.
The courses we chose started from the fundamentals of PLCs through to S7 300s and 400s. We were able to split the courses into four and manage them around our schedule. The tutor was brilliant. A really nice chap who evidently knew his stuff.
