We have called on Opensoft on a number of occasions in emergency situations and found them to be responsive when called upon. We particularly like the pro-active way in which we can utilise support days for routine maintenance works as we required by each plant.”

“Our site suffered a cut in power to the site which resulted in our site servers shutting down, when we powered them back up the system was extremely sluggish and became quickly inoperable. We called Opensoft Systems who remotley, quickly diagnosed the fault and mobilised their engineer to visit site. When on site they discovered that a number of services required re-configuring and SQL tables needed repair work carrying out. Once complete, to ensure the hardware was operating at its optimal level, additional memory was added to both servers.

I would just like to thank all those involved who got the site back up and running in what was a critical situation for us. Great service.”

“I recently called on Opensoft Systems to handle a long-standing communications problem with our SCADA systems, which a previous vendor had failed to address. They diagnosed the issue pretty much over the phone and their engineer implemented their recommendations to a successful conclusion.

We subsequently asked them to undertake a Site Audit of our systems to help identify other areas for improvement that we could make across our site. We now have a support contract in place with Opensoft to provide expertise across.”
